The Saltbox Story
The Saltbox Catering team is passionate about what we do: organic farming, farm-to-table cooking and keeping Concord's storied agricultural history alive and well. Our own Chef Ben grew up on Saltbox Farm, where his love for cooking was born. After spending more than 15 years as a fine-dining chef in San Francisco and Boston, Ben and his family moved back to Saltbox Farm to breathe new life into his grandparents' legacy.
Our vegetables, flowers, lamb, eggs, hops and honey come directly from the fields of Saltbox Farm to your plate. From collaborative menu creation to the day of your business party, you'll have a single point of contact to help make your event a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone in attendance.
