By choosing Saltbox Catering, you will work with a small core team of professionals committed to understanding what’s most meaningful to you and to making sure your vision comes through on the plate.

Megan Hawkes, our Catering Manager with more than 10 years’ experience, will be your continuous point of contact throughout the entire planning process and will use her events expertise to guide you each step of the way. This continuity ensures that we have a deeper knowledge of you and your event.

Chef Ben is involved from the beginning, working intimately with both Megan and our customers to collaborate on menu design and many of the details of your event.

Chef Emily LeSuer, our Catering Chef who joined the team in 2013, was instrumental in building the farm and catering business into what they are today. As the leader of the cooking team for each event, Emily is responsible for bringing the menus to life on the plate and in turn helps our clients create their own memories through the food that she cooks. 

On the day of your event, our core team will be joined by the extended team of servers, event manager and/or bar manager to ensure all of the details are flawlessly executed so you can celebrate with your loved ones.
